How to get here

By rail

Bristol Temple Meads is the largest rail hub in the West of England with direct services from London, Scotland, Wales, Manchester and Birmingham. Journey time is 1.5 hours from London Paddington and trains leave every 30 minutes.

Bristol Temple Meads railway station is just 10 minutes by taxi to the venue. Alternatively trains run to Clifton Down train station every 30 minutes which is a 15-minute walk away. Check timetables and book tickets at GWR.com

By air

Bristol Airport is just a few miles south of the city centre and offers direct services to over 100 destinations across Europe. The A1 Bristol Flyer bus service runs up to every 20 minutes to Bristol Coach Station which is a 15 minute walk away.

By road

Bristol is situated at the intersection of the M4 and M5 motorways so ideally suited for road access from London as well as the north, south and east of England.

The nearest car parks are West End car park, just off Jacobs Wells Road, and Trenchard Street. Both are a few minutes’ walk from Berkeley Square.

By bus

A number of coach companies run national and regional services to Bristol including timetables from London Heathrow (approximately 2 hours) and Gatwick airport (approximately 3.5 hours). See Megabus, Falcon and National Express for more info. Bristol Coach station is 15 minutes from Berkeley Square on foot.

Covid-19 - Keeping you safe

We are delighted to be holding We Speak Games 2022 in person. However, we want all our delegates to feel as safe as possible at the event so:

Sanitiser stations will be placed around the venue.
Face coverings are welcome (although these won't be worn by speakers or the events team).
Seating at Origin Workspace (during the talks) will allow for social distancing.
We will ensure there is a flow of fresh air both in the Presentation Suite at Origin Workspace and in the Lower Deck Cocktail Bar at The Square Club.

As a courtesy to other attendees we politely request that you:

Respect that other delegates may want to socially distance.
Do not come to the summit if you have tested positive for Covid-19, are feeling unwell or suffering from Covid-19 symtoms (a high temperature, new or continous cough, loss or change to your sense of smell or taste).

The summit will be live streamed and accessible online, so if you feel uncomfortable attending We Speak Games in person you won’t miss out on any of the talks.
